We collect only what we need to deliver your coaching. We never sell your data. We never train third-party AI models on your conversations. You can export or delete everything at any time. Questions: privacy@equip2lead.coach.
Equip2Lead (the "Service") is operated by AFRILEAD (African Leadership Development Center), based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean AFRILEAD. References to "you" mean the individual user of the Service.

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (if provided), preferred language, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile information Google shares (name, email, profile photo). We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any other Google service data.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe (international), CinetPay (Francophone Africa), or Paystack (Anglophone Africa). We never see or store your full card details. We do store a customer ID that lets us manage your subscription.
Like most websites, we log basic technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This is used to keep the Service secure and performing well — not for advertising.
We use a small number of carefully vetted third-party services ("subprocessors") to operate the platform:
Each of these is bound by their own privacy commitments and only processes the minimum data needed for their function.
Your data is stored primarily on Supabase servers in the EU (Stockholm). Backups and certain operational logs may be replicated to other regions. We implement industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, assessment answers, chats, notes, and session memory within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting law.

Equip2Lead is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we'll delete it.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Equip2Lead is a coaching tool — not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Our AI coach is trained to recognise signs of crisis and direct users to appropriate professional help. If you are in crisis, experiencing severe distress, or having thoughts of harming yourself or others, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services immediately.
If you are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), your data may be transferred to and processed in the EEA and other countries where our subprocessors operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards where required.
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or a prominent in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
